Assessment in Higher Education: Translating Assessment to Success

The Office of Institutional Assessment and the Academic Assessment Committee are pleased to announce the call for proposals for UF’s 7th Annual Assessment Conference.  

We invite you to submit proposals for presentations considering the following focus areas:  

  • Assessment Practices: What assessment practices are most successful for the assessment of student achievement and skill across various programs? 
  • Use of Results for Improvement: In what ways are assessment data analyzed to yield meaningful information in different institutional contexts and disciplines? In what ways are higher education professionals using assessment data effectively to improve teaching, learning and the student experience? 
  • AI and Assessment: What artificial intelligence forms, tools, or processes are used to assess and/or evaluate program and institutional excellence? How has AI transformed assessment at various levels (Student learning, program, institutional)? 
  • Translating Achievement to Success: What are ways in which assessment is being translated to measurable outcomes of success? How are assessment results being used for continuous improvement?  In what ways are assessment results being used?
