All institutions of higher education seek to improve student learning and the student experience, and to enhance program and institutional excellence. Data and information collected through assessment is a primary source of information used for institutional improvement at every level - from academic programs to institution-wide initiatives. Institutions of higher education are diverse in many ways; they serve different missions, student populations, and vary in comprehensiveness and numbers of programs. Our annual conference brings together faculty, staff, administrators, and assessment professionals to share innovative assessment research and practices that enhance excellence in higher education.
